Five miles. Pretty easy morning run. 7:30 pace. I started out pretty sore and tired but was able to loosen up and feel good. The last 10 minutes was harder and the last two minutes I really pushed hard, but it felt good. Pretty good pace run. About 4.5 miles. I felt much better than in the morning. It was under 7:30 pace. The last .65 mile was under 6:20 pace. |
