This will be the short description. I might do more later. 

I put down my seed time as 4:05, and I got put in the fast heat. This was a mistake, and I was way behind. I was in last and came through at 63 and 2:08-2:09. This was too fast, and I wasn't able to finish strong. My last 400 was 72. I think I could have done better in the other heat going out in 66 and 2:12.
