In the morning we did 27:00 at a pretty easy pace. 

After school we did 800 500 500 200 200 200 200. 2:13 1:19 1:18 29 29 29 27. I was ahead of Morgan on the eight, with Morgan on 500, ahead of Morgan and right behind Gemachu on the second 500, with Morgan mainly on the 200's.
