This morning, me, coach, shalaya, and ethan ran about 3.5 miles. It felt good, and we ran it pretty easy.

After school I had a workout all alone. I say that, because Morgan, Ben, and Isaac were all gone so the closest to me was Brett and no one was even close to pushing me. That was fine, because I was still able to push hard. The workout was 800 600 400 200 200 400 600 800. Coach said to try for goal mile race pace. I did 2:18 1:44 68 30 28 67 1:43 2:13. This workout was very hard, but very good. I started out, and it felt good, but I was getting tired near the second half. The 67 started out at a 32, but I knew I had to save something for the last two intervals. On the 600, I kept it on pace, but didn't really have much left on the last kick. On the 800 I really pushed it, and came through the 400 at 67. On the last lap I really pushed it and ran the last 200 in 32. The last interval was very good and I finished very strong.

Ran with coach, shalaya, and for most of it, sean. It was easy, about 7:30 pace.

In the morning we ran around the school a few laps, and paced some Sean on his workout. It felt good.

After school I had 1.5 miles two times. I didn't feel that great, and hardly anyone was there. Here are my splits.

They were both at 7:42. 5:08 pace. Last time I did this it was 7:57 and 7:49 I think. and those were at Liberty Park. My last 800 on both was under 2:30. these were both great times, especially considering how I didn't even feel very good. After Monday's workout coach said I'm ready for 4:30 and after today's he said I'm ready for 9:50.

This morning I ran 6.6 miles at about a 7:00 pace. I felt pretty good while running it, but was tired.

Later, I ran 4 miles on the treadmill, tired.

I ran five pretty fast miles in Venice! On a road by a canal. It was way fun!
