Not sure on the distance, but I know it was a little over 10 miles. I ran 69:30. I ran with the group for a while, and everyone fell off but Steve and Morgan. Steve turned around, and Morgan and I continued for about five minutes. We then picked it up going back, but it was windy, so it wasn't much faster. The last eight minutes I lost Morgan, he finished up maybe a minute behind me. It felt good, and Morgan looked strong also.

Not sure because my Garmin didn't get a signal until partway through. It was about 37:00.

In the morning I ran 3.5 with coach and morgan, pretty easy pace.

After school morgan and I did a workout. 800,600,400,200,200,800,600,400,200,200

It went 2:16, 1:43, 64, 30, 30, 2:18, 1:42, 63, and we didn't time the last two 200's.

It was really hard, and I felt really tired, but it was a good workout.

Warm up and about a 52 minute run. It was easy until the last twenty minutes was a little faster, but overall felt good and was easy.

After school about 32:00 minutes, a 400 and 2 200's. Half mile warm up and cool down.
