Today was a different workout. We did 100 200 300 400 without stopping. In between intervals we jogged. There were 3 sets, in between sets there was five minutes. I'm not sure on all of the times, but it was approx. 15, 31, 48, 67 15, 31, 48, 64 16, 31, 46, 61. It was very hard, but it was a good workout. I pushed it really hard on the last four and was able to beat Morgan. My knee also feels fine, but my left calf is tight.

This morning I ran 3.5 in about 22:00. That's the fastest i've ever done the morning loop. Morgan was about thirty seconds behind me.

After school we did a pretty easy about 6 miles. About 7:00 pace.

Today we did 9 300's. They were in three sets of three. We were supposed to get faster on each one in the set. They went 53, 49, 45, 53, 49, 46, 53, 50, 42. They felt pretty good, and the last one was really fast. My calf hurts some, but not a lot.

My calf was hurting, and I didn't want to injure it more. (It's been hurting since Monday.) I did twenty minutes on the elliptical in the morning, and 1 mile on the treadmill later. (I was going to do more, but my leg hurt.)

Today I decided to run, and my leg felt good. It was a pretty easy five miles 7:30 pace. I felt really good, and I feel ready for tomorrow.

Today I ran in the Davis Invitational. It was pretty good, and I was going for state qualifying time. I started out at a 65 something, then a 67, (2:13 at the 800) then about a 67, then about a 70. I was doing really well on the last lap, and was feeling strong, but on the last 150 I hit a wall and died. My last 100 was about 18.5. So, it was a pretty good race, but I should have done better at the end.

I also did the 4 by 800. We won and I got a p.r. in it. I ran a 2:05.
